up to a yummy breakfast waiting for you when you come
down the stairs. Daughters log in the fun on a take-home

Piano Try-It Package $150
Any night that we have an available room
Have you always wanted to learn piano but are too shy to
mention it to anyone? Or just wanted to try the piano,
but didn’t know where to start? Stay at the inn for a
Piano Overnight! The package includes your guest room,
country breakfast in the morning, and two private
one-hour piano lessons on the baby grand in the library,
one on the evening of your arrival and one before you
leave the next day. Do this for yourself or drop a big
hint for a gift!
Your teacher is full of fun and has taught piano to
hundreds of people over a thirty-year span.

Victorian Village Shopping Trip

Any available night in November and December
Brockport is a Victorian town, with Lift Bridge, the
only independent bookstore in Monroe County, antique
stores, the Red Bird Tea Shop (think Crabtree and
Evelyn, Vera Bradley and of course, lunch!), Bittersweet
Boutique (natural fiber clothing and gorgeous gifts).
When you arrive, enjoy scones and tea here first, and,
once we know your dining preferences, we’ll gladly
recommend a local restaurant. Catch a movie at our
historic movie theatre – the Strand. And return to
Gingerbread Manor for an evening of relaxation. A full
country breakfast greets you in the morning, served by
the glow of the fireplace in the dining room. Then shop,
shop and shop some more!

History Buffs Overnight

“I’ve got a mule and her name is Sal, fifteen miles on
the Erie Canal.” Yes, the song is about the waterway
right here! Brockport, the Victorian Village on the Erie
Canal, is steeped in history. We will arm you with a
copy of the Walking Tour of Brockport map and brochure
and send you off to the village of Brockport, only five
miles away. Park the car and set out on foot for a
75-minute tour of our historic village. On your way, you
will pass places to enjoy a cup of java or bite to eat,
and purchase gifts for the folks back home. Have lunch
at the Red Bird Tea Shoppe – we have a coupon for you!
You will read about nineteenth century life, and see
architecture and remnants of days gone by. Take the tour
when you first arrive in the early evening, and stop at
a local restaurant for a late dinner, or put on your
walking shoes after our hearty Gingerbread Manor
breakfast in the morning.

Hot Chocolate Package

Why would you come to upstate New York in the winter? To
relax and enjoy the sheer beauty of an antique house,
with the romance of snow-covered barn and smokehouse.
Curl up in the library with a cup of cocoa (or tea). You
have everything you need right here… wifi service
throughout the manor, CD player and movies in your room,
Victorian soaking tub. When you arrive, there will be
cookies, tea and hot chocolate. The warm drinks and
snacks continue through the evening. The library is
stocked with movies for your room and books, books,
books. Did we mention chess, checkers, Sequence and
Scrabble? Later in the evening, a bread, cheese and
fruit tray is delivered to your room. A full country
breakfast is yours in the morning, served in front of
the warm fire in the dining room. Good any evening

Gingerbread Manor’s New Year’s Eve Gala
$65/couple
What better way to celebrate New Year’s Eve than with a
Murder Mystery? Come prepared for hilarity and mayhem.
The whole inn is a-buzz with clues and snooping guests.
Participate as a character in the mystery or just watch
the others while you try to figure out WhoDunnit. Let us
know if you would like to help out by “being” a
character; no lines to memorize, we’ll just send you a
script ahead of time to read over and then you’ll read
your lines that night – with great drama, of course!
Gingerbread Manor will be in full holiday dress! The
evening celebration includes:
- Cookies and other holiday treats
- Hummus and crackers
- Vegetable crudités
- Chocolate fountain with fruit and pound cake to swirl
and dip
- Hot wassail – of course!
- Toast of non-alcoholic sparkling bubbly at the end of
the fun!
Space is limited to eighteen guests. We are accepting

If you would like to stay over, your B&B room is a
special package price of only $80. Full country
breakfast on the first day of the New Year!
Due to nature of this event, we need a certain amount of
guests to make the Murder Mystery “work.” If we do not
have enough people registered by December 27, the event
will be cancelled.
