We will gladly pick you up from the Erie Canal towpath and tote you and two bikes the short distance to Gingerbread Manor. When you book your room, let us know that you’ll need a ride. We are experienced outdoors folks and want to support our friends who travel under their own steam!

USA & Canadian Border Changes

For guests visiting Niagara Falls or otherwise crossing the Canadian/USA border, there are new identity requirements.

U.S. and Canadian citizens 19 years and older who enter the U.S. will need to present government-issued photo ID, such as driver's license. as proof of identity, along with proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate or naturalization papers). Guests age 18 and under will need to present a birth certificate, naturalization certificate or passport to cross the border.

Please take a moment to read the following information.

• A deposit in the amount of one night’s stay will hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received within one week of making your reservation, we reserve the right to rent the room to another guest. Your deposit will be refunded only if you cancel at least ten days prior to your expected arrival date.

• All guest rooms are on the second floor.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm or after. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  Special arrangements may be made.

• We accept cash or checks only. ATM machines are just a few miles away.

• We pride ourselves on providing a full breakfast for everyone, including those with special dietary needs. Please tell us when making your reservation if you have a special need.

• Gingerbread Manor welcomes well-mannered, supervised children.

• Well-mannered dogs and their responsible owners are welcome at Gingerbread Manor! We have an eight-pound Miniature Dachshund on-site and welcome your darling pooch as well. There is an additional $75 deposit required for Rover, which will be held until the end of your stay and handed back to you if there is no evidence that he was here. Please download and sign the Doggie Contract and include it with your Pooch Deposit. We provide the following doggie amenities: food bowl, water bowl and homemade doggie treats. We are pet friendly but please note that you are Required to Please Complete and Sign our Dog Contract and send your deposit and pertinent info. Call if you have any questions.
