Policies

A deposit in the amount of one night’s
stay will hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received
within one week of making your reservation, we reserve the right to
rent the room to another guest. Your deposit will be refunded only
if you cancel at least ten days prior to your expected arrival date.

All guest rooms are on the second floor.

We do have barn cats and
a small dog on the property, all of which love attention! If you
have pets traveling with you, please allow us to recommend a local
kennel.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm or after.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Special arrangements may be made.

We accept cash or checks only. ATM
machines are just a few miles away.

We pride ourselves on providing a full
breakfast for everyone, including those with special dietary needs.
Please tell us when making your reservation if you have a special
need.
